CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION MEETING Monday, January 10, 2022 City Commission Chambers 5:30 PM 1 st Floor, Casselberry City Hall 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida TO THE PUBLIC: Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at these meetings/hearings, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Presentation: Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting The City of Casselberry has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2020. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken it stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless one item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices - Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A., Invoice No. 92270 - $11,875.01 B. Fiscal Year 2021 Report of City Investment Activity The City of Casselberry's Annual Report of Investment Activity for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021 is submitted for City Commission review and acceptance. C. Annual Report of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Activity for FY 2021 Acceptance of the City of Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report for FY 2021 is requested. D. Standard Services Agreement with Salem Trust Company for the Provision of Investment Account Custodial Services Consideration of approval and execution of a Standard Services Agreement with Salem Trust Company for the provision of investment account custodial services on an as -needed basis for an amount that shall not exceed $75,000 for the term beginning February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2027 is requested.
