AGENDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. 4. CU 21.21: Dock at 261 S. Triplet Lake Drive. A conditional use request to construct a dock at 261 S. Triplet Lake Drive. 5. CU 21-22: Educational Institution at 4921 S. U.S. Highway 17-92. A conditional use request to operate an educational institution at 4921 S. U.S. Highway 17-92. 6. CU 22-01: Lake Concord Park — Art House Expansion at 131 and 141 Quail Pond Circle. A conditional use request for park and recreation, community center, and civic and cultural activities at 131 and 141 Quail Pond Circle. SPR 21-20: Lake Concord Park — Art House Expansion at 131 and 141 Quail Pond Circle. A major site plan request to expand Lake Concord Park and construct a new ±3,271 sq. ft. art gallery as well as associated hardscape, landscaping, stormwater and site lighting at 131 and 141 Quail Pond Circle. 8.
