CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Monday, March 22, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: David Henson, Chairman Mark Busch, Vice -Chairman Anthony Aramendia Andrew Meadows Chad Albritton Staff members present: Randy Newlon, City Manager Carol Conroy, Finance Director Chris Bowley, Community Development Director Joni Dixon, Secretary First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Henson at 4:30 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. Second Item of Business: Approval of Minutes — December 14, 2020. Mr. Henson asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on December 14, 2020. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the December 14, 2020 minutes. Mr. Busch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Third Item of Business: Ratification of Invoices/Finance Report. Ms. Carol Conroy, Finance Director, reviewed the February 28, 2021, Finance Report (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Henson asked for a motion. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the ratification of invoices as presented. Mr. Busch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Fourth Item of Business: CRA Annual Report. Mr. Chris Bowley, Community Development Director, reviewed the 2020 CRA Annual Report and the CRA audit (copies are on file in the Community Development Department). Mr. Henson asked for a motion to approve the CRA Annual Report. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the CRA Annual Report. Mr. Meadows seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
