The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Supervisor Campbell's testimony, she also had an affidavits of <br />compliance from Officer Acevedo and Officer McDonald, indicating the properties were in compliance. Based upon <br />testimony and the affidavit, it was found that the properties located at 1471 Easton Way, 821 Gee Creek Ct., 1255 <br />Guinevere Dr., and 519 El Dorado Way. were in compliance and no fines should be imposed. <br />CASES WITHDRAWN FROM HEARING <br />CE -20-002211 460 Lowndes Sq.-Re-schedulingfor or April <br />CE -20-002374 1418 Lady Amy Dr. <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that the cases listed above would not be heard at the March 18, 2021 Code Compliance <br />hearing.
