CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING <br />JUNE 17, 2021 <br />l <br />The City held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., in the City of <br />Casselberry Cormnission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Ms. Kara Consalo, Esq. <br />Special Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />SPECIAL MAGISTRATE <br />Kara Z. Consalo, Esq. <br />CITY STAFF PRESENT <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor <br />Micelania Acevedo, Senior Code Compliance Officer <br />Matt McDonald, Code Compliance Officer <br />Brenda Jones, Recording Secretary <br />Jen Nix, Assistant City Attorney <br />FORMAT FOR PROCEEDINGS <br />The Special Magistrate read the format for proceedings. <br />SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE <br />The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE <br />The Special Magistrate led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Special Magistrate asked if anyone in the audience had any additions or corrections to the Minutes <br />from the May 20, 2021 hearing; there were none. The Special Magistrate approved the Minutes from the <br />May 20, 2021 hearing. <br />STATEMENT OF EVIDENCE <br />Supervisor Campbell advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City. The Officer's <br />notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint presentation were all <br />entered as part of the official record. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASES — NOT IN COMPLIANCE <br />CE -211-00001.5 400 Misty Oaks_Run <br />• No building permit, City Code 1-4.3 <br />Officer McDonald read into record, a letter giving an update from City Planner I1 Christina Hyson. <br />Robert C. Green, 400 Misty Oaks Run, advised that the engineer stated it would be four to eight weeks for <br />the drawings to be completed because they are that behind. This was the third engineer that was contacted <br />by the owner. Mr. Green submitted an engineer quote to be entered into the public record. <br />
