Provided testimony. <br />Ryan Hoffman, speaking on behalf of Lisbeth Torres proved testimony. <br />The Special Magistrate entered exhibits B-E into the official record. <br />Mr. Bowley provided additional testimony. <br />Mr. Lamb provided additional testimony. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -21-000160, located at 1029 Osceola Trl., was in violation <br />of the City Code Section as listed on the notice of code violation, based on testimony and evidence <br />provided by the Code Enforcement Officer. It was ordered that the respondent shall cure the violation by <br />1:00 P.M. May 15, 2021. If there is no compliance by May 15, 2021, then a fine of $1 "00.00 per day will <br />be imposed for each day the property remains in non-compliance. A subsequent hearing will be held on <br />May 20, 2021 to determine if compliance has been achieved. <br />CE -21-000015 400 Misty Oaks Run <br />• No building permit, City Code 1-4.3 <br />Officer McDonald provided testimony and read case information into record. The City requested a <br />correction date of May 30, 2021. If no compliance by May 30, 2021, then a fine of $100.00 per day <br />should then be imposed for each day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requested a subsequent <br />hearing date of June 24 (actual hearing date is June 17, 2021) to determine compliance. The Special <br />Magistrate asked if there was anyone wishing to speak to this case, the property owner was present. <br />Robert Green, property owner 400 Misty Oaks Run provided testimony. <br />The Special Magistrate made a finding that CE -21-000015, located at 400 Mist Oaks Run, was in <br />viol.gtmn of }lP Cify Code Section as listed on the riot -lee of code violation, based on testimony and <br />Oefficer. A subsequent hearing will <br />be held on June 24, 2021 (hearing date should be June 17, 2021) to determine if compliance has been <br />achieved. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE — NOT IN COMPLIANCE <br />CE -20-002002 327 Elm Dr. <br />CE -20-002211 460 Lowndes SQ. <br />CE -20-002435 880 Seminola Blvd. <br />Officer Acevedo advised that cases 20-002002, 20-002211, 20-002435 and 21-000051, located at 327 Elm <br />Dr., 460 Lowndes Sq., 880 Seminola Blvd. and 686 Jasmine Rd. were not in compliance by the dates set <br />by the Magistrate and fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate advised that in addition to Officer Acevedo's testimony, she also had affidavits of <br />non-compliance from Officer Acevedo and Officer McDonald, indicating the properties were not in <br />compliance. Based upon testimony and the affidavits, it was found that the properties located at 327 Elm <br />
