South Water Treatment Plant Well #1 Modification Project and Related Budget Amendement #22-011 Consideration of Award of an agreement with Applied Drilling Engineering, Inc. and related Budget Amendment #22- 011 to provide for construction of the South Water Treatment Plant Well #1 Modification project in the amount of $716,745 is requested. (Ref: ITB -2021-0790) D. Acceptance of 2022 Spending Plan for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. The 2022 Spending Plan outlines proposed uses for funds received through the American Rescue Plan Act. E. Lake Concord Park Art House Expansion 90% Design Plans City staff and project consultants will present the 90% plans for the Lake Concord Park Art House Expansion (PW 2111) and pursue discussion, recommendations, and guidance from the City Commission.
