South Water Treatment Plant Well #1 Modification Project and Related Budget <br />Amendement #22-011 <br />Consideration of Award of an agreement with Applied Drilling Engineering, Inc. and related Budget Amendment #22- <br />011 to provide for construction of the South Water Treatment Plant Well #1 Modification project in the amount of <br />$716,745 is requested. (Ref: ITB -2021-0790) <br />D. Acceptance of 2022 Spending Plan for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Local Fiscal <br />Recovery Funds. <br />The 2022 Spending Plan outlines proposed uses for funds received through the American Rescue Plan Act. <br />E. Lake Concord Park Art House Expansion 90% Design Plans <br />City staff and project consultants will present the 90% plans for the Lake Concord Park Art House Expansion (PW <br />2111) and pursue discussion, recommendations, and guidance from the City Commission. <br />F. Board Appointments - Planning and Zoning Commission <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please raise <br />your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak briefly on <br />the matter.
