OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, <br />November 10, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />AGENDA <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on October 13, 2021. <br />4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />5. CU 21-17: Dock at 400 Misty Oaks Run. A conditional use request for a residential dock at 400 Misty Oaks Run. <br />6. CU 21-20: Protective Services at 115 Wilshire Blvd. A conditional use request for protective services for the new Casselberry <br />Police Department Headquarters located at 115 Wilshire Blvd, within the PS (Public Service) zoning district. <br />7. SPR 21-16: Casselberry Police Department Headquarters at 115 Wilshire Blvd. A major site plan request to develop a <br />±25,400 sq. ft. Police Department Headquarters building, as well as associated hardscape, landscaping, stormwater retention, and <br />site lighting. <br />8. Winter Park Drive Complete Street and Concept Development Study Presentation. A presentation reviewing the work to date <br />on the Winter Park Drive Complete Street and Concept Development Study. <br />9. Public Comments. <br />10. Other Business. <br />11.
