WHEREAS, with adoption of this Ordinance, the City will have also complied with the <br />new amendment to Fla. Stat. 163.31801, by holding two (2) public workshops and voting to adopt <br />this ordinance by a two-thirds vote; <br />WHEREAS, words with underlined type shall constitute additions to the original text and <br />strike ti,,.,,,* type shall constitute deletions to the original text, and asterisks (* * *) indicate that <br />text shall remain unchanged from the language existing prior to adoption of this Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, after said public hearings, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, determines that the Fire and Rescue impact fees should be revised in accordance with the <br />Fire and Emergency Medical Services Interlocal Agreement Between Seminole County and the <br />City of Casselberry and First Amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. Section 53-5A is hereby amended to adjust Fire and Rescue Impact Fees, in <br />accordance with the Fire and Emergency Medical Services Interlocal Agreement Between <br />Seminole County and the City of Casselberry and First Amendment, as follows: <br />A. All non -publicly funded capital improvement impact projects occurring within the City shall <br />pay the impact fees authorized by established in this chapter, The pact' <br />on all capita'. =mpf .,,..w * ::pact projects located in the City, at the rates established under <br />the applicable impact fee land use category, as follows: below.
