lien, in whole or part, which was recorded in error by the City, or foreclosed by a superior <br />lien or mortgage in a judicial proceeding. The City Manager may impose an <br />administrative charge to release a lien foreclosed to recover the City's costs associated <br />with the subject lien. An applicant does not need to file an application to release a lien <br />recorded in error. <br />SECTION III. CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the <br />City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall <br />become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the <br />Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re -lettered to accomplish such intention; and <br />that the word, "Ordinance" may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. <br />SECTION IV. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts of Ordinances or <br />Resolutions, which are in conflict with any provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed to <br />the extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION V. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION VI. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) <br />days after its passage and adoption. <br />FIRST READING this 13th day of September, A.D. 2021. <br />SECOND READING and ADOPTION this 11th day of October, A.D. 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />Donna G.
