RESOLUTION 16-2935 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE "COMMERCIAL <br />RETAIL REPLAT"; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY <br />AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Bon submitted a replat for final approval for parcel ID's 09-21- <br />30-5BM-OB00-0220, 09-21-30-5BM-OB00-0230, and 09-21-30-5BM-OB00-0240 located on the <br />northeast corner of Lake Drive and Seminola Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the replat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by City staff, the <br />City Engineer, the City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the <br />replat on November 9, 2016 and provided a favorable recommendation to the City Commission <br />that included conditions of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed the information provided by staff and the <br />City's consultants on December 12, 2016. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.111) of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, the City Commission approves the final subdivision replat for a commercial retail <br />store as filed with the City on December 12, 2016, 2016, attached herein as Attachment A, for <br />the following: <br />All of lots 22, 23, 24 and Block `B", Sportsman's Paradise — A Replat, according to the plat <br />thereof recorded in plat book 8, pages 12 through 13, inclusive, of the public records of Seminole <br />County, Florida, lying in Section 9, Township 21, South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, <br />Florida. <br />Parcel ID #: 09-21-30-5BM-OB00-0220, 09-21-30-5BM-OB00-0230, 09-21-30-5BM-OB00-0240 <br />SECTION 2. The City Commission further requires the applicant to meet the remaining <br />conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on November 9, 2016 <br />and the City Commission on December 12, 2016 as stated below: <br />1. The City surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the final <br />replat. <br />2. The Joiner and Consent agreement shall be signed and recorded at the time the final <br />replat is recorded. <br />
