Minutes of November 12, 2013 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the October 23, <br />2013 Special Meeting, the October 28, 2013 Special Meeting, and the November <br />12, 2013 Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />No items were scheduled for this agenda. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Resolution 14-2568 — FY 2014 First Quarter Budget Amendments <br />"A RESOUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDAS, AMENDING THE ANNUAL <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2013 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2014; PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14-2568 revises and amends the annual operating budget of the City of Casselberry <br />as approved in Resolution 13-2533 for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2013. <br />Budget Impact: The First Quarter Budget Amendment spreadsheet details changes to the budget as a result of <br />Budget Amendments adopted by the City Commission at various meetings during the first quarter of Fiscal <br />Year 2014. These changes are presented in summary in the "First Quarter Budget Amendments" spreadsheet, <br />a copy of which is attached to Resolution 14-2568, and which reflects changes in individual funds. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 14- <br />2568. <br />B. Resolution 14-2569 — Sunset the Code Enforcement Board <br />
