Handlers utilizing force (including their canine's force) shall complete a "Response to <br />Resistance" form asprescribed bythnirugonoy. <br />E All injuries caused by canines shall he photographed and attached to the "Response to <br />Resistance Report" and shall include a photograph of the subject's face for identification <br />purposes. <br />F The "Response to Resistance Report" packet shall be forwarded through the hand(e/e <br />chain of command. Copies shall be provided to the onae1inQ deputy/officer if requested <br />or necessary. <br />G. Handlers shall immediately report all accidental canine bites to their supervisor and <br />shall fully document all accidental canine bites, <br />SECTION V11. 11 Li 1; k'' U, In"ILQU-MUMMITLE1 ANQ <br />A� Members ofthe subscribed law enforcement agencies, when actually engaging inmutual <br />cooperation and assistance outside of the jurisdictional limits of their respective agencies, <br />under the tonna of this Agneemant, shall, pursuant to the provisions of Section 23.127. <br />Florida Statutes, have the same powers, duties, rightn, privi{egeo, and immuniUea, as if <br />they were performing their duties in the political subdivision in which they are normally <br />employed. <br />B. Each party agrees to furnish necessary equipment, resources, and facilities, and to render <br />services to each other party 10 the Agreement as set forth obove, provided howew*r, that <br />no party shall be required to deplete unreasonably its own equipment, resources, facilities, <br />and oemioeo^ in furnishing such mutual aid. <br />C The agency furnishing aid, pursuant to this Agreement, shall bear the loss or damages to <br />such equipment and oanine, and shall pay any expense incurred in the operation and <br />maintenance thereof, <br />D.
