H. Minimum bufferyard requirements per the City's Unified Land Development <br />Regulations: <br />1. North: 10 ft. wide landscape strip with perimeter landscaping according to Table <br />3-13.7(C5) <br />2. South: 10 ft. wide landscape strip with right-of-way landscaping according to <br />Table 3-13.7(C3) <br />3. East: 10 ft. wide landscape strip with perimeter landscaping according to Table 3- <br />13.7(C5) <br />4. West: 10 ft. wide landscape strip with right-of-way landscaping according to <br />Table 3-13.7(C3) <br />I. Minimum landscaping requirements per the City's Unified Land Development <br />Regulations: <br />1. Off-street parking area: landscaped according to Table 3-13.7(C4) <br />2. Perimeter: landscaped according to Table 3-13.7(C5) <br />3. Non -vehicular open space: landscaped according to Table 3-13.7(C6) <br />4. Landscape strips along right-of-way: landscaped according to Table 3-13.7(C3) <br />A landscape plan shall be provided at the time of site plan submittal. Landscaping <br />must also adhere to the standards in the Oxford Park Overlay District (OPOD) <br />(Section 2-7.34) and Article XIII of the Unified Land Development Regulations. <br />J. Minimum lot size area (in acreage or square footage): The average lot in any <br />townhouse group shall not be less than 2,000 square feet per dwelling unit, and no lot <br />in any group shall contain an area less than 1,800 square feet (Section 2-7.21 of the <br />ULDRs). <br />K. Minimum lot width (in feet): 20 ft. <br />L. Minimum building setbacks: <br />1. Front yard: 20 ft. (from platted lot line) <br />2. Corner side yard: 10 ft. (from development perimeter) <br />3. Rear yard: 10 ft. (from development perimeter) <br />Additionally, a minimum of 10 ft. must be provided between structures. <br />M. Minimum living area: <br />1 bedroom units: 700 sq. ft. <br />2 bedroom units: 1,000 sq. ft. <br />Units with 3 or more bedrooms: 1,200 sq. ft. <br />N. Maximum building height (in feet or stories): 35 ft. <br />O. Minimum parking standards per permitted use will be governed by both the Oxford <br />Park Overlay District and by Article XV, Offstreet Parking and Loading <br />11 <br />
