CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a Special Meeting on Monday, June 19, 2006 at <br />7:00 p.m., Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Bob Goff, Mayor/Commissioner <br />Linda Hart, Vice Mayor/Commissioner <br />Kathy L. Cook, Commissioner <br />Susan Doerner, Commissioner <br />Colleen S. Hufford, Commissioner <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />John J. Pavlis, Interim City Manager <br />Thelma McPherson, City Clerk <br />Anthony Garganese, City Attorney <br />Donna Gardner, Assistant to Commission and City Clerk <br />Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director <br />Gerald Chancellor, Acting Public Works Director <br />Donald Harkins, Fire Chief <br />Sandra Smith, Acting Community Development Director <br />Jim Ruf, Deputy Police Chief <br />Andy Brooks, Human Resources Coordinator <br />1. Call to Order <br />Mayor Goff called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Goff explained the procedures <br />regarding audience participation. A form is provided for the audience members who wish to <br />address the City Commission on any Agenda item or any other matter not on the Agenda. <br />Audience members will be recognized by the Chairman when that particular item is addressed by <br />the Commission. <br />2. Invocation - Mayor Goff called for a moment of silence for the Invocation. <br />3. Pledge of Allegiance - Mayor Goff led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />4. Roll Call - City Clerk called the roll; all Elected Officials were present. <br />5. Approval of Agenda <br />MOTION: Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner to approve the Agenda as <br />submitted. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Kathy L. Cook <br />and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br />
