Emulate Secret Lake pier cable railing for North Lake Triplet fishing pier <br />(vs. emulating Lake Concord Park boardwalk); <br />3. Conservation area boardwalk and new boardwalk to Frances Avenue <br />should use composite for top handrail and black welded wire mesh for <br />railing (vs. emulating Lake Concord Park boardwalk); <br />4. Conservation area boardwalk should be limited to width of five (5) feet to <br />comply with original St. Johns River Water Management District <br />(SJRWMD) permit restrictions; <br />5. Delete replacement of Kiwanis pavilion and keep as -is (future minor work <br />may be done in-house); <br />6. Upgrade large pavilion to multi -tier style; <br />7. Provide upgraded lighting at Recreation Center front canopy and new back <br />patio canopy (design scope change); <br />8. Widen Recreation Center front entry approximately six (6) feet (three (3) <br />feet each side) to allow space to push benches out, and adjust roof pitch to <br />cover benches; <br />9. Replace Recreation Center east and west canopies and add lighting (design <br />scope change). <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Busch. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 5-0. <br />6. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Henson announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Henson announced the rules of <br />decorum. No one came forward. <br />7.
