SECTION V. Public Notice. Within fifteen (15) days of the date of this Resolution, the <br />City Clerk shall publish a Notice of Proposed Tax Increase in a newspaper of general circulation, <br />indicating the tentatively adopted millage rate and proposed tax levy. This advertisement will <br />also indicate the date/time/place that a final decision will be made on the proposed tax increase. <br />This public hearing will not occur less than two (2) days or more than five (5) days after the date <br />the advertisement is first published. <br />SECTION VI. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any <br />of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION VII. Severability. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, word <br />or portion of this Resolution is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent <br />provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion hereto. <br />SECTION VIII.
