CASSLLBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of March 22, 2021 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 15 <br />4. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />5. MINUTES <br />No minutes were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />A. Presentation of the American Flag Flown in Memory of Casselberry Resident Tony <br />Tizzio <br />Mr. Barry Cotton, Central Florida District Director, Office of U.S. Senator Rick Scott, and former State <br />Representative Dick Batchelor, presented the American flag that flew over the U.S. Capitol in memory of <br />Casselberry resident Tony Tizzio in honor of his years of dedicated community service to the City of <br />Casselberry, as well as the entire Central Florida community, along with a certificate of authenticity. <br />Several of Mr. Tizzio's friends came forward and briefly shared personal memories of him and his tireless <br />advocacy for people with disabilities. Those friends included Dick Batchelor, Lisa Glascock Nanson <br />(daughter of former Mayor Charles Glascock); County Commissioner Lee Constantine and Mayor Henson. <br />B. Proclamation: Water Conservation Month <br />Mayor Henson proclaimed the month of April 2021 as Water Conservation Month in the City of Casselberry <br />and presented the proclamation to Public Works Director Mark Gisclar and staff. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Introduction: Approval of the legal services invoices from the City Attorney and the Code Enforcement <br />Special Magistrate is requested. <br />Discussion: The following invoices have been reviewed by the affected departments and are being <br />presented for approval: <br />Garganese, Weiss, D'Agresta & Salzman, P.A. <br />City Attorney Services for $6,000,000 General Obligation Bond, Series, 2021, <br />Including Opinion Letter <br />
