Resolution 21- 3255 Participation with the State of Florida and Other Local Governmental <br />Units in the Florida Memorandum of Understanding to Settle the Opioid Litigation <br />Approval of Resolution 21-3255 to authorize participation in a Memorandum of Understanding with the State of Florida <br />and local governmental units for a unified plan for use of proceeds from the opioid litigation settlement is requested. <br />F.
