SECTION 2. The City Commission affirms that the applicant has met the remaining condition of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on July 14, 2021, as listed below: 1. The City Surveyor, City Engineer, Community Development Director, City Clerk, and City Mayor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the Final Plat. SECTION 3. Conflicts. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. Severability. If any section or portion of a section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other section or part of this Resolution.
