RESOLUTION 21-3249 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE <br />CASSELBERRY CENTER FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, an application for the Casselberry Center Final Plat (Final Plat) was <br />submitted to the City of Casselberry that includes one (1) parcel with parcel identification <br />number 28-21-30-300-052A-0000. The subject property is generally on the west side of State <br />Road 436, south of the intersection of State Road 436 and Lake Howell Lane, in Casselberry, <br />Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by City <br />Addressing staff, City Planning staff, City Engineer, City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for <br />the City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the <br />Final Plat on July 14, 2021, and approved with a condition a favorable recommendation to the <br />City Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and accepted the information provided by <br />staff and the City's consultants on July 26, 2021. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, the City Commission approves the Casselberry Center Final Plat as filed with the <br />City, attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following: <br />THAT PART OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, <br />TOWNSHIP 21 S, RANGE 30 E, SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE <br />SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 21 S, RANGE 30 E, SEMINOLE COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 87°58'47" EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF <br />SAID NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, 364.02 FEET TO THE POINT OF <br />
