OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE <br />The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at 9:00 <br />a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. <br />Agenda <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />2. Approval of Minutes. <br />3. Citizen Comments. <br />4. Development Review Committee Items. <br />a. SPR 20-14: Secret Lake Park Improvements — Major Site Plan 2nd Review. Review of the proposed site <br />plan to modify an existing site by constructing additional pedestrian pathways, pavilions, and a parking area, <br />and replacing existing structures throughout Secret Lake Park located at 200 Triplet Lake Drive. <br />5. Discussion & Pre -Application Items. <br />a. SPR 21-07: Grayson Square — Development of Community Impact 4th Review. Review of the proposed <br />site plan for the development of the Grayson Square Townhomes (formerly known as Slovak Garden <br />Townhomes) located at 3110 Howell Branch Road. <br />Donna G. Coordinator, 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1150. <br />This is a Public Meeting, and the public is invited to attend. This agenda is subject to change. Please be advised that one (1) <br />or more members of the City Commission and/or one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in <br />attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. <br />ADVISEMENTS TO APPLICANTS <br />The project engineer is required to attend the DRC meeting where his/her item is being discussed. Failure of the project <br />engineer to attend the meeting will result in the project review being postponed until the next scheduled meeting date. It is <br />recommended that the owner/developer also attend the DRC meeting. Preliminary DRC review comments will be emailed to <br />the project engineer the afternoon before the scheduled DRC meeting at the latest. The project engineer is required to bring a <br />set of project plans for mark-up purposes, including the landscape plan. The DRC meeting time is limited to the time period <br />allocated on the agenda for each project. <br />
