OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Citizen Comments. 4. Development Review Committee Items. a, SPR 21-12: Bravo Outdoor Seating — Minor Site Plan 1st Review. Review of the proposed site plan to install outdoor seating at the existing grocery store located at 1271 S US HWY 17-92. 5. Discussion & Pre -Application Items. a. SPR 21-13: Municipal Way Parking Lot — Maior Site Plan 1st Review. Review of the proposed site plan for the City of Casselberry to construct an ancillary parkin .lot along Municipal Way. P Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk Dated this 15th day of June 2021. The City is currently under a State of Public Health Emergency. In order to address the concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic, persons attending this meeting are requested, in accordance with CDC guidelines, to wear face coverings if not fully vaccinated and to voluntarily adhere to CDC recommended social distancing rules. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the City of Casselberry A.D.A. Coordinator, 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1150. This is a Public Meeting, and the public is invited to attend. This agenda is subject to change. Please be advised that one (1) or more members of the City Commission and/or one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. If an interested person wishes to provide comment prior to the meeting, they may do so no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting by calling (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1133 or emailing the City Clerk at cityclerkacasselberry.org. Consistent with the City's normal procedures for emails and comments received prior to a public meeting for items that are not quasi-judicial in nature, staff will read timely and pertinent comments but such comments may not be read publicly into the record during the meeting. With regard to quasi-judicial matters, all pertinent written documents received no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting will be made available to the public and the Committee members at the meeting. With regard to quasi-judicial matters, all pertinent comments to the City Clerk received by phone no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting will be read into the record at the meeting.
