OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, July <br />14, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on June 9, 2021. <br />4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />5. SP 20-04: Icon Commons — Final Plat. A request to replat and combine two (2) parcels along State Road 436 into one (1) <br />property to accommodate a proposed multistory, mixed -used development. <br />6. SP 21.01: Casselberry Center — Final Plat. A request to replat and subdivide one (1) parcel along State Road 436 into three (3) <br />properties to accommodate a proposed three -lot, multi -phased development. <br />7. CU 21.10: 137 Concord Drive #1113. A conditional use request for a trades and skilled services without outside storage use <br />within the Community Redevelopment District. <br />8. CU 21-12: 1490 Seminola Blvd. A conditional use request to operate a daycare facility and preschool in the CG (Commercial <br />General) zoning district. <br />9. CU 21.13: 327 Seminola Blvd. A conditional use request to construct a residential boat dock at 327 Seminola Blvd. <br />10. CU 21.14: 1015 SR 436 #109. A conditional use request for the sale of beer and wine for on-site consumption (2COP) in the CG <br />(Commercial General) zoning district. <br />11. CU 21-15: 1815 SR 436. A conditional use request for the expansion of a place of worship associated with SPR 21-08. <br />12. SPR 21-08: Aloma Church Kids Proiect at 1815 SR 436. A major site plan request to construct a building addition totaling <br />±3,197 sq. ft., as well as associated hardscape, landscaping, and site lighting. <br />13. Public Comments, <br />14.
