CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a special meeting and attorney-client session on Monday, July 28, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. The special meeting was held in the Casselberry City Commission Chambers and the attorney-client session was held in the City Manager's Conference Room, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 5 Colleen Hufford, Vice Mayor/Commissioner — Seat No. 4 Sandra Solomon, Commissioner — Seat No. 3 Gene Fry, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner — Seat No. 1 STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Randy Newlon, City Manager Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney Gary M. Glassman, Assistant City Attorney Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk (attended the special meeting only) MEETING CALL TO ORDER Mayor Glancy called the special meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 2:33 p.m. ROLL CALL The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present, with the exception of Commissioner Solomon. Commissioner Solomon arrived at the meeting at 2:35 p.m. SPECIAL MEETING Commissioner Solomon arrived at the meeting at 2:35 p.m. Ms. Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney, requested that the City Commission conduct an attorney-client session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing: Gordon Scott Pleasants vs. City of Casselberry, Case No. 2012 -CA -5358-16-G and Maria H. Johnson vs. City of Casselberry (Red Light Camera), Case No. 2009 -CA -7307-16-W. The subject matter of the attorney-client session shall be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures.
