CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a special meeting and attorney-client session on Monday, <br />July 28, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. The special meeting was held in the Casselberry City Commission Chambers and <br />the attorney-client session was held in the City Manager's Conference Room, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />Colleen Hufford, Vice Mayor/Commissioner — Seat No. 4 <br />Sandra Solomon, Commissioner — Seat No. 3 <br />Gene Fry, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner — Seat No. 1 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney <br />Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney <br />Gary M. Glassman, Assistant City Attorney <br />Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk (attended the special meeting only) <br />MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the special meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 2:33 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present, with the exception of Commissioner <br />Solomon. Commissioner Solomon arrived at the meeting at 2:35 p.m. <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />Commissioner Solomon arrived at the meeting at 2:35 p.m. <br />Ms. Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney, requested that the City Commission conduct an attorney-client <br />session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing: Gordon Scott <br />Pleasants vs. City of Casselberry, Case No. 2012 -CA -5358-16-G and Maria H. Johnson vs. City of <br />Casselberry (Red Light Camera), Case No. 2009 -CA -7307-16-W. The subject matter of the attorney-client <br />session shall be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. <br />
