Funds for the Bryant, Miller & Olive invoice are available in FY 2014 Budget Account <br />No. 001-0140-514-31.03. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the Special Invoice Report, as <br />submitted. <br />B. Resolution 14-2611 — Memorandum of Understanding with Seminole County, the <br />SciiiiiiGie CGiiiity SciiuGi Board, and the Cities offAltamonte Springs, CASSerGery, <br />lake Marv, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford and Winter Springs for the Emergency Use <br />of Meeting Facilities <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH <br />SEMINOLE COUNTY, THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, AND THE CITIES OF <br />ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, CASSELBERRY, LAKE MARY, LONGWOOD, OVIEDO, SANFORD <br />AND WINTER SPRINGS FOR THE EMERGENCY USE OF MEETING FACILITIES; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14-2611 approves and accepts the Memorandum of Understanding with Seminole <br />County, the Seminole County School Board and the Cities of Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Lake Mary, <br />Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford and Winter Springs to share and utilize each other's facilities for governmental <br />meetings in the event one's facilities become unusable from a disaster or other unforeseen calamities, and <br />authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Fire Chief recommended approval of Resolution 14-2611. <br />
