Resolution 14-2612 — Utility Easement Agreement and Quit Claim Deed for Property <br />Conveyance from the South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater <br />Transmission Authority <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />AND ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED CONVEYING PROPERTY RIGHTS FROM THE <br />SOUTH SEMINOLE NORTH ORANGE COUNTY WASTEWATER TRANSMISSION AUTHORITY <br />TO THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14-2612 approves the execution of a Utility Easement Agreement and acceptance of <br />a Quit Claim Deed transferring property rights from South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater <br />Transmission Authority (SSNOCWTA) to the City of Casselberry and authorizes the Mayor to execute said <br />document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: there is no impact to the City budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />14-2612. <br />F. Resolution 14-2613 — Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for Relocation <br />and Improvements of City Utilities Associated with the Lake Howell Bridge <br />Replacement Project <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />WITH SEMINOLE COUNTY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CITY UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />ASSOCIATED WITH THE LAKE HOWELL BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14-2613 approves the Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for Construction <br />of Utility Improvements Associated with the Lake Howell Bridge Replacement Project and authorizes the <br />Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: While there is no immediate budget impact for approval of the Interlocal Agreement with <br />Seminole County, the utility relocation project is estimated to cost $117,000. While this project was budgeted <br />as part of the FY 2013 budget rollover, funds are currently insufficient to cover the estimated cost. However, <br />once the project is bid and actual costs are identified, a budget amendment will be brought forth to ensure <br />adequate funding is available. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />14-2613. <br />
