Resolution 14-2609 — Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water <br />Quality Related Projects with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for Lake Water Quality <br />Monitoring. <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. <br />2 TO THE STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH GEOSYNTEC CONSULTANTS, INC. <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR STORMWATER, LAKES MANAGEMENT, AND WATER <br />QUALITY RELATED PROEJCTS FOR LAKE WATER QUALITY MONITORING; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14-2609 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management, <br />and Water Quality Related Projects for an amount not to exceed $18,264.23 per year for up to five years and <br />authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: the annual cost associated with this item is not to exceed $18,264.23. Sufficient funding to <br />cover the costs for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2014 is available in the Stormwater Utility Professional <br />Services Account 110-0740-539.31-00. Future years will be budgeted accordingly. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />14-2609. <br />C.
