CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of June 23, 2014 — Workshop <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />In response to questions from the Commission, Mr. Burton clarified that in the case of apartment communities, <br />notice would be sent to the actual parcel owner and not the renters; however, for condominiums, notice would <br />go to the individual condominium owners, as each is a separate parcel. <br />CONCENSUS:The Commission agreed by consensus to direct staff to proceed with the <br />recommendations for adjustments to the City's street lighting assessment <br />program, as presented by Burton & Associates. <br />4.
