CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of March 10, 2014 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 11 <br />4. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of January 13, 2014 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the January 13, <br />2014 Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />No items were scheduled for this agenda. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Glancy noted for the record that Seminole County had corrected a scrivener's error on page 6 of 15, <br />Section 4(c) of the Third Generation Infrastructure Sales Tax Interlocal Agreement which was Item B. on the <br />Consent Agenda, Resolution 14-2582. She stated that it had mistakenly read "...the previous once cent <br />local..." and had been corrected to now read "...the previous one cent local...". <br />A. Special Invoice Report <br />Introduction: The Special Invoice Report policy was adopted by the Commission to streamline the financial <br />process for approval of certain invoices, awards of bids, initial contracts and change orders on a project in <br />excess of 5% of the total project. The following items have been received by the affected departments and are <br />being presented for approval. <br />Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. <br />• City Attorney Services for February 2014 <br />Invoice No. 59797 $28,256.84 <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney invoice are available in FY 2014 Budget Account No. 001-0140- <br />514.31-01. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recominended approval of the Special Invoice Report, as <br />submitted. <br />
