CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a special meeting and attorney-client session on Monday, <br />October 20, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. The special meeting was held in the Casselberry City Commission Chambers <br />and the attorney-client session was held in the City Manager's Conference Room, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />Sandra Solomon, Vice Mayor/Commissioner — Seat No. 3 <br />Colleen Hufford, Commissioner — Seat No. 4 <br />Andrew Meadows, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner — Seat No. 1 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney <br />Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk (attended special meeting only) <br />Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney (attended attorney-client session only) <br />MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the special meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 10:30 a.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />SPECIAL MEETING AND ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION <br />Ms. Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney, requested that the City Commission conduct an attorney-client <br />session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing: Casselberry Golf <br />Company vs. City of Casselberry, Case No. 2013 -CA -146-15-K. The subject matter of the attorney-client <br />session shall be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. <br />
