CASSELBERRY CrrY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of October 13, 2014 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 6 of 15 <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND LAFLEUR NURSERIES AND <br />GARDEN CENTERS, LLC; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14-2666 awards the bid for Invitation for Bid (IFB) #Y 140004 to and approves an <br />Agreement with Lafleur Nurseries and Garden Centers, LLC to provide tree installation and irrigation services, <br />and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: Funds to support the City-wide tree planting program have been budgeted in the Tree Fund <br />account 9115-0720-541.46-15, Repairs and Maintenance. The total program budget established is $300,000. <br />The magnitude of annual expenditure, however, is estimated to be an amount closer to $100,000 over the total <br />3 -year potential contract period. Any unused budget will be requested to be rolled forward into future budget <br />years. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommend approval of Resolution 14- <br />2666. <br />G. Resolution 14-2668 — Supplemental Agreement #13 to the Continuing Professional <br />Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting <br />International, Inc. to Provide RFQ Process Administration Services and Related <br />Budget Amendment #15-006 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT #13 TO THE <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ASSOCIATED <br />CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL, INC. TO PROVIDE FOR RFQ PROCESS ADMINISTRATION <br />SERVICES FOR THE SELECTION OF A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK RELATED TO <br />THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY CENTER PROPERTIES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 14-2668 approves Supplemental Agreement #13 to the Continuing Professional <br />Development Management Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. for RFQ Process <br />Administration Services related to the development of the City Center properties in the amount of $81,474, and <br />authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Consideration of related Budget <br />Amendment # 15-006 is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #15-006 will increase the following accounts and related <br />amounts: in LOGT Fund: Transfer to 001 -CC account #109-0710-581.91-11 and Other Nonoperating <br />Sources account #109-0000-389.90-00 - $32,467; in the Utility Fund: Transfer to 001 -CC account #401-0190- <br />581.91-11 and Other Nonoperating Sources account #401-0000-389.90-00 - $13,647; in the Stormwater Fund: <br />Transfer to 001 — CC account #110-0740-581.91-11 and other Nonoperating Sources account #110-0000- <br />389.90-00 - $7,846. In the General Fund, increases to: Other Nonoperating Sources account #001-0000- <br />389.90-00 in the amount of $27,514, Transfer from 109 — CC account #001-0000-381.09-01 - $32,647; <br />Transfer from 401 — CC account #001-0000-381-04-00 - $13,647; Transfer from 110 — CC account #001- <br />0000-381.11-01 - $7,846, and Purchasing Division's Professional Fees — City Center account 001-0132- <br />513.31-01 - $81,474. <br />
