D. Piggyback Agreement with Lynch Oil for Fuel Supply Services Introduction: Consideration of an agreement with Lynch Oil Company, Inc. for fuel supply services on an as -needed basis not to exceed a total of $275,000 per year by piggybacking their agreement with Osceola County (Agreement SDOC-I8-B-029-KB) is requested. (Reference: PBA -2018-0399) Budget Impact: There is no budget impact associated with this item. Various operating accounts in various City Departments will be used as needed for fuel purchases, subject to available budgets. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the piggyback agreement with Lynch Oil Company, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $275,000 per year and to simultaneously authorize the City Manager to approve renewals of the Agreement (subject to renewals by Osceola County). E. Donation from State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to Aspire Health Partners Incorporated and Related Budget Amendment #18-055 Introduction: Consideration to donate $2,500 from the State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to Aspire Health Partners, Incorporated is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #18-055 will establish the budget for this expenditure by increasing the Aids to Private Organizations account #104-0610-521.82-00 and the Other Non -Operating Sources account #104-006-389.90-00 by $2,500.
