9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 21-3243 - Approval of "As Is" Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase of <br />Property at 700 S Lost Lake Lane and Related Budget Amendment #21-038 <br />Resolution 21-3243 - Approval of "As Is" Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase of property at 700 S Lost Lake <br />Lane for a purchase price of $1,250,000 and closing costs and associated Budget Amendment 21-038. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES - None <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a <br />time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff; 2nd - <br />Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, <br />discussion and action.) <br />A. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 21-1553 - Amending the Official Zoning <br />Designation and Adopting a PUD Agreement for Property Generally Located Northwest of <br />State Road 436 and Lamplite Way (ZB 20-06) <br />Adoption of Ordinance 21-1553 and the associated PUD Agreement to amend the official zoning designation for two (2) <br />parcels generally located northwest of State Road 436 and Lamplite Way from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-MID <br />(Planned Mixed -Use: Medium Rise) is requested. <br />B. Resolution 21-3242 -Adoption of Residential Solid Waste Fee Schedule <br />Resolution 21-3242 provides for the adoption of Residential Solid Waste collection fees to be adjusted over six years. <br />12.
