OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. AGENDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on May 12, 2021. 4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. 5. SPR 21-06: Casselberry Center at 1391 SR 436. A major site plan request to redevelop a portion of the subject property by constructing a ±2,442 sq. ft. restaurant with a drive through, a walk-up ATM, as well as associated hardscape, landscaping, stormwater retention, and site lighting. 6. CU 21-08: 3385 S. U.S. Highway 17-92. A conditional use request to operate an adult day care at 3385 S. U.S. Highway 17-92. 7. CU 21.09: 75 Concord Drive. A conditional use request for a trades and skilled services without outside storage use in the CG (Commercial General) zoning district within the Community Redevelopment District. 8. CU 21.11: 2050 SR 436 Unit #116. A conditional use request to allow the sale of beer and wine (2COP) for onsite consumption at Catered Delight. 9. Public Comments. 10. Other Business. 11.
