North: 10 ft. wide landscape strip with A type bufferyard landscaping according <br />to Table 3-13.7(C 1) <br />2. South: 10 ft. wide landscape strip with perimeter landscaping according to Table <br />3-13.7(C5) <br />3. East: 10 ft. wide landscape strip with right-of-way landscaping according to Table <br />3-13.7(C3) <br />4. West: 10 ft. wide landscape strip with A type bufferyard landscaping according to <br />Table 3-13.7(CI) <br />Additionally, there shall be a minimum 6 ft. wide landscape strip between each of the <br />three uses on the Property per Section 3-13.7(C)(3)(c)(i). <br />L Minimum landscaping requirements per the City's Unified Land Development <br />Regulations: <br />1. Off-street parking area: landscaped according to Table 3-13.7(C4) <br />2. Perimeter: landscaped according to Table 3-13.7(C5) <br />3. Non -vehicular open space: landscaped according to Table 3-13.7(C6) <br />4. Landscape strips along right-of-way: landscaped according to Table 3-13.7(C3) <br />A landscape plan shall be provided at the time of site plan submittal. Landscaping <br />must also adhere to the standards in Article XIII of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />I Minimum lot size area: The Subject Property may be subdivided in the future in <br />accordance with the procedures established in Article XIX of the City's ULDR and <br />Chapter 177 of the Florida Statutes. <br />K. Minimum lot width: The Subject Property may be subdivided in the future in <br />accordance with the procedures established in Article XIX of the City's ULDR and <br />Chapter 177 of the Florida Statutes. <br />L. Minimum yard setbacks: <br />1. Front yard: 10 ft. <br />2. Side yard: 10 ft. <br />3. Rear yard: 20 ft. <br />M. Maximum building height (in feet or stories): 1 story, but subject to an increase to up <br />to 6 stories with an updated concept plan and amendment of this Agreement to revise <br />standards as appropriate. <br />N. Minimum parking standards per permitted use will be governed by Article XV, <br />Offstreet Parking and Loading Requirements, of the City's Unified Land <br />4 <br />
