NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Chapter II, Article IV, Section <br />2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to <br />designate the Property described in "Attachment B", consisting of approximately 2.37 acres, <br />from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: Medium Rise), as shown in <br />"Attachment A." The Property is subject to the PUD Agreement and associated concept plan <br />attached as "Attachment B." <br />SECTION II. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION III. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE.
