OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 15, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Citizen Comments. 4. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 21-05: Wendy's — Major Site Plan 2nd Review. Review of the proposed site plan to construct a drive through restaurant located at 198 SR 436. 5. Discussion & Pre -Application Items. a. In order to address the concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the requirements of Seminole County Executive Order 2020-030, social distancing requirements will be strictly adhered to and persons attending this meeting are required to wear a face covering unless exempted from wearing face coverings as stated in Section 5 of Executive Order 2020.030. Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetings/hearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the City of Casselberry A.D.A. Coordinator, 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1150. This is a Public Meeting, and the public is invited to attend. This agenda is subject to change. Please be advised that one (1) or more members of the City Commission and/or one (1) or more members of any of the City's Advisory Boards may be in attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. If an interested person wishes to provide comment prior to the meeting, they may do so no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting by calling (407) 262-7700, Ext. 1133 or emailing the City Clerk at cityclerk casselberry.org. Consistent with the City's normal procedures for emails and comments received prior to a public meeting for items that are not quasi-judicial in nature, staff will read timely and pertinent comments but such comments may not be read publicly into the record during the meeting. With regard to quasi-judicial matters, all pertinent written documents received no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting will be made available to the public and the Committee members at the meeting. With regard to quasi-judicial matters, all pertinent comments to the City Clerk received by phone no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting will be read into the record at the meeting.
