CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a regular meeting on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 5:30 <br />p.m., Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Mark Busch, Vice Mayor/Commissioner — Seat 3 <br />Chad Albritton, Commissioner - Seat No. 4 <br />Andrew Meadows, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner — Seat No. 1 <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: <br />Dave Henson, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney <br />Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk <br />Derrick Becton, Deputy Police Chief <br />Chris Bowley, Community Development Director <br />Carol Conroy, Finance Director <br />Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director <br />Larry Krantz, Police Chief <br />1. MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Vice Mayor Busch called the regular meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 5:32 p.m. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Pastor Andy Searles of Church Together presented words of reflection on the life of Natural Resources <br />Officer Marissa Williams who passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 24"', followed by a moment <br />of silence and the invocation. <br />Vice Mayor Busch expressed condolences to Marissa's family, friends, and co-workers, noting that he had <br />himself known her for the past two years and found her to be a vibrant, lovely woman who would be greatly <br />missed by all who knew her. <br />
