EXHIBIT <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />A portion of Lots 8 and 9, Secret Lake Addition to Casselberry according to the plot thereof, as recorded in <br />Plot Book 13, Page 62 Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commence at the Southwest Corner of Lot 9, Secret Lake Addition to Cosselberry; thence North 26'14'48" West <br />a distance of 17.94 feet along the West line of Lot 9 and the East right of way line of Ivey Road to a point <br />of curvature of a curve concave Easterly, having a radius of 287.94 feet and a central angle of 16'33'32'; <br />thence Northerly along the arc of said curve a distance of 83.22 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 9 <br />also being the Southwest corner of Lot 8 per said Plat Book 13, Page 62; thence along the West line of said <br />Lot 8 continue Northerly along said curve and said East right of way line through a central angle of 00'16'29", <br />a distance of 1.38 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along said East right of way, said West <br />line of Lot 8 and said curve through a central angle of 02'51'54" a distance of 14.40 feet along the arc of <br />said curve; thence departing said East right of way line and said West line of Lot 8 North 68'32'39" East, a <br />distance of 109.73 feet to the East line of said Lot 8; thence South 22'22'27" East, a distance of 5.84 feet <br />along said East line to the Northeast corner of Lot 9 also being the Southeast corner of Lot 8; thence South <br />22'22'27" East a distance of 8.16 feet along the East line of said Lot 9; thence deporting said East line South <br />68'32'39" West, a distance of 113.31 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Containing 1,562 square feet, more or less. <br />1.
