Vice Mayor Busch will present a proclamation in recognition of Teresa Spencer's retirement from the City of Casselberry with 20 years of dedicated public service in the Police Department. E. Proclamation: Recognizing the Retirement of Michael McBurney Vice Mayor Busch will present a proclamation in recognition of Michael McBumey's retirement from the City of Casselberry with more than 35 years of dedicated public service, retiring as a Sergeant in the Police Department. F. Proclamation: Recognizing the Retirement of Judith Romboli Vice Mayor Busch will present a proclamation in recognition of Judith Romboli's retirement from the City of Casselberry with more than 26 years of dedicated public service as the Executive Assistant to the City Manager in the Administration Department. 7.
