Exhibit A <br />Project Description <br />The Project consists of various park and recreational improvements, including, but not <br />limited to, renovation and construction of parks and recreation facilities, and the renovation, <br />expansion and replacement of buildings and athletic venues at some or all of the following parks <br />depending on costs: Dew Drop Park, Lake Concord Park/ Art House Expansion, Secret Lake Park, <br />Sunnytown Park, Proposed New Park (working title of "Wheel Park -Casselberry"), and Wirz Park; <br />all as more particularly described in the City of Casselberry Parks, Recreation, Pathways, and <br />Open Spaces Master Plan and other plans and specifications on file with the City, as the same may <br />be amended and supplemented from time to time by the City. Prior to the City Commission's <br />approval of a parks project, such project will be reviewed by the City's Parks & Recreation <br />Advisory Board, and the Board will submit their recommendation to the City Commission, which <br />will consider, at a public hearing, whether the project should be undertaken and financed with the <br />Bonds. <br />
