OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Citizen Comments. 4. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 20-07: Emergency Veterinary Clinic — Maior Site Plan 31d Review. Review of the proposed site plan to develop an emergency veterinary clinic on two (2) parcels located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Lake Ellen Drive and S US HWY 17/92. b. ZB 21-01: Marquis Townhomes — Planned Unit Development Concept Plan 151 Review. Review of the proposed concept plan for a request to rezone the properties located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Grandpine Way and S US HWY 17-92 to a Planned Unit Development zoning district. 5. Discussion & Pre -Application Items. a. SPR 21-03: Summerloch Green Amenities Area —Minor Site Plan Modification 15t Review. Review of a minor site plan proposal to modify the approved site plan by redesigning the pool area and constructing a stormwater retention area. Donna G.
