OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE The City of Casselberry Development Review Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, January 21, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida 32707. Agenda 1. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Citizen Comments. 4. Development Review Committee Items. a. SPR 21-02: Accessory Structure in Easement — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. Review of the proposed site plan for the placement of an accessory structure within an easement located at the residential property of 644 Field Club Circle. b. SPR 20-12: 280 SR 436 Outdoor Seating — Minor Site Plan 1St Review. A minor site plan proposal to install outdoor restaurant seating at The Green Parrot. c. ZB 20-06: 380 SR 436 — Planned Unit Development Concept Plan 1St Review. Review of the proposed concept plan for a request to rezone the property located at 380 SR 436 to a Planned Unit Development zoning district. 5. Discussion & Pre -Application Items. a. SPR 20.07: Emergency Veterinary Clinic - Major Site Plan 3rd Review. Review of the proposed site plan to develop an emergency veterinary clinic on two (2) parcels located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Lake Ellen Drive and S US HWY 17/92. onna G.
