AGFNDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Election of Officers/Distribution of Training Material 4. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on January 13, 2021. 5. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. 6. CU 21.02: 121 Triplet Lake Drive. A conditional use request to construct a dock at 121 Triplet Lake Drive. 7. SPR 19.18: TMJ Office Building at 960 Belle Avenue. A major site plan request to construct an ±11,248 sq. ft. building with associated parking, landscaping, stormwater retention, and site lighting at 960 Belle Avenue. 8. ZB 20-03: Rezoning at 3110 Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane. A request to amend the Official Zoning Map from Seminole County R-4 (Multiple -Family Dwelling) to PRD (Planned Residential District) for the two (2) parcels located at 3110 Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane. 9. ZB 20-05: Rezoning at 1391 SR 436. A request to amend the Official Zoning Map from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: Medium Rise) for the parcel located at 1391 SR 436. 10.
