OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, <br />February 10, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />AGFNDA <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Election of Officers/Distribution of Training Material <br />4. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on January 13, 2021. <br />5. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />6. CU 21.02: 121 Triplet Lake Drive. A conditional use request to construct a dock at 121 Triplet Lake Drive. <br />7. SPR 19.18: TMJ Office Building at 960 Belle Avenue. A major site plan request to construct an ±11,248 sq. ft. building with <br />associated parking, landscaping, stormwater retention, and site lighting at 960 Belle Avenue. <br />8. ZB 20-03: Rezoning at 3110 Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane. A request to amend the Official Zoning Map from <br />Seminole County R-4 (Multiple -Family Dwelling) to PRD (Planned Residential District) for the two (2) parcels located at 3110 <br />Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane. <br />9. ZB 20-05: Rezoning at 1391 SR 436. A request to amend the Official Zoning Map from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-MID <br />(Planned Mixed -Use: Medium Rise) for the parcel located at 1391 SR 436. <br />10.
