7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken it stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Resolution 21-3220 - Amended Grant Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for Funding Assistance for the Lake Kathryn Circle Utility and Roadway Improvement Project Approval of Resolution 21-3220 authorizing execution of an amended Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to assist with funding a portion of utility -related improvements for the Lake Kathryn Circle Utility and Roadway Improvement Project (a.k.a. PW 1805 Lake Kathryn Circle Complete Street Improvements Project) in a total amount not to exceed $1,615,107, inclusive of a local match not to exceed $807,553.50, is requested. B. Resolution 21-3221 - Waste Pro of Florida Residential Solid Waste Rate Adjustment Approval of Resolution 21-3221 providing for a rate adjustment for Waste Pro of Florida for residential solid waste collection services based on the 2020 Consumer Price Index effective January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021 is requested. Budget Amendment #21-017 - Additional Funding for the Customization of the Crime Scene Processing Vehicle Approval of Budget Amendment #21-017 to provide an additional $2,500 in funding for the customization needed to complete the crime scene processing vehicle project is requested. D. Budget Amendment #21-020 - Additional Funding for Task Authorization #6 with SK Consortium, Inc. for Professional Design Services for Secret Lake Park Improvements Project Approval of Budget Amendment #21-020 for funding in the amount of $4,179.25 for additional geotechnical and surveying costs under Task Authorization #6 with SK Consortium, Inc. to provide professional design services for PW 1907 Secret Lake Park Improvements project is requested. E. Budget Amendment #21-021 - Public Works Department Complex Project Approval of Budget Amendment #21-021 to reclassify funding for the Public Works Department Complex (project PW 1822) in the amount of $184,972, associated with Construction Management Agreement Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment No. 1 with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for Construction Manager at Risk Services, is requested.
