CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of December 14, 2020 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 5 of 22 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING A SIDEWALK, LANDSCAPE, AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH CASTO CASSELBERRY LLC AND GENDER THIRTY-THREE, LLC <br />FOR THE LAKE CONCORD PARK COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 20-3215 provides for a Sidewalk, Landscape, and Utility Easement Agreement <br />with Casto Casselberry LLC and Gender Thirty -Three, LLC for maintaining specified sidewalk, landscape, <br />and utilities at the Lake Concord Park Commercial Subdivision. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 20-3215 approving the Sidewalk, Landscape, and Utility Easement Agreement with Casto <br />Casselberry LLC and Gender Thirty -Three, LLC for the Lake Concord Park Commercial Subdivision. <br />G. Resolution 20-3216 — Utility Easement Agreement with Casto Casselberry LLC for <br />the Lake Concord Park Commercial Subdivision <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING A UTILITY EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CASTO <br />CASSELBERRY LLC FOR THE LAKE CONCORD PARK COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 20-3216 provides for a Utility Easement Agreement with Casto Casselberry, <br />LLC for the utility lines at the Lake Concord Park Commercial Subdivision. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 20-3216 approving the Utility Easement Agreement with Casto Casselberry LLC for the Lake <br />Concord Park Commercial Subdivision. <br />H. Budget Amendment #21-010 — Fiscal Year 2020 to 2021 Budget Rollover <br />Introduction: Budget Amendment #21-010 amends the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget in the amount of <br />$17,274.940 to allow for the completion of ongoing projects and the purchase of equipment or services that <br />were budgeted in Fiscal Year 2020 but were not started or completed within that fiscal year. Budget <br />Amendment #21-010 also seeks to roll-over general fund -awarded grant revenues not received in Fiscal <br />Year 2020 in the amount of $218,919. <br />
