OFFICIAL NOTICE CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. AGENDA 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on December 16, 2020. 4. Disclosure of Ex -parte Communications. 5. CU 21-01: Accessory Structure at 519 Queens Mirror Circle. A conditional use request to construct an accessory structure greater than 500 square feet at 519 Queens Mirror Circle, 6. ZB 20.04: Rezoning at 198 SR 436. A request to amend the Official Zoning Map from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise) for the parcel located at 198 SR 436. 7. With regard to quasi-judicial matters, all pertinent written documents received no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be made available to the public and the Committee members at the meeting.
