Agreement with Fehr and Peers for the Winter Park Drive Complete Street and Concept Development Study and Related Budget Amendment #21-016 Approval of an Agreement with Fehr and Peers for the Winter Park Drive Complete Street and Concept Development Study (Project PW 2020) in the amount not to exceed $299,889.45 and related Budget Amendment #21-016 is requested.
