CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Monday, August 24, 2020, <br />at 4:00 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Charlene Glancy, Chairman <br />Bill Hufford, Vice -Chairman <br />Anthony Aramendia <br />Andrew Meadows <br />Mark Busch <br />Staff members present: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Carol Conroy, Finance Director <br />Chris Bowley, Community Development Director <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call <br />The meeting was called to order by Ms. Glancy at 4:04 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Approval of Minutes — April 27, 2020 <br />Ms. Glancy asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve <br />the April 27, 2020 minutes as presented. Mr. Meadows seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by <br />voice vote. <br />Third Item of Business: Ratification of Invoices/Finance Report <br />Ms. Carol Conroy, Finance Director, reviewed the July 31, 2020 Finance Report. Ms. Conroy stated that the <br />Finance Report shows an audited beginning balance of $1,128,678 and actual revenue to date of $1,237,259. She <br />said actual expenditures and encumbrances to date total $1,501,851, leaving a committed budget balance of <br />$79,825. Ms. Conroy stated that staff anticipates a year-end fund balance under $800,000. <br />Ms. Glancy asked for a motion. Mr. Hufford made a motion to approve the July 31, 2020 CRA Finance <br />Report as presented. Mr. Busch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fourth Item of Business: Fiscal Year 2021 Proposed CRA Budget <br />Mr. Chris Bowley, Community Development Director, reviewed the 2021 CRA proposed fiscal budget (a <br />copy is attached and made a part of the minutes).
